✅ What You Can Do (Grant of License) The effects, images, and sounds from the Visual Laurence Store may be used in your own creative projects for both commercial and personal use. This license covers:

• YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media videos.

• Live streams and music videos.

• Professional client work (You may provide the final video to clients, but you may not share the raw VFX files with them).

• No attribution is required, though it is always appreciated!

❌ What You Cannot Do (Restrictions) The license gives you the right to use the assets, but not to:

• Redistribute, share, or resell any assets from the Visual Laurence Store in their original or modified form.

• Use these assets to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or generative tools.

• Claim ownership of the original VFX files.

🛡️ Digital Product Policy & Liability

• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds can be issued once the assets have been accessed. However, if you have a technical issue with a file, please email info@visuallaurence.com and I will help you fix it!

• Liability: Visual Laurence is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use these assets.

• Legal: These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
