Digital Product Return Policy

At Visual Laurence, we are committed to providing high-quality digital assets and tools for creators.

Because our products (including The Master Vault, Experience Kits, and VFX packs) are delivered as instant digital downloads, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it remains in your possession indefinitely.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the files have been accessed or downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing instant-access digital goods and explicitly waive any right to a refund or withdrawal period.

Technical Issues We rigorously test our files to ensure they work seamlessly in standard editing software (such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut). However, if you experience a corrupted file or a technical error with your download link, please contact us immediately. We will happily provide replacement files to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
